Our elopement and wedding packages offer a variety of options to make your special day unforgettable. Tall Pines Inn is an all-inclusive wedding destination in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, providing everything you need at an exceptional value. Contact us to explore how we can bring your vision to life.

Please note: Wedding packages are available exclusively to Tall Pines Inn guests; we do not host outside weddings.

Elopement & Wedding Packages

With the exception of "Run Away With Me" and "Vow Renewal", all of our wedding packages include:

  • Ordained Minister
  • Wedding Cake (sized for wedding party)
  • Decorated Wedding Gazebo with your colors
  • One large flower table top arrangement
  • Photographer – we take photos for you and provide them on a flash drive, or you may supply your own professional photographer.
  • A bottle of bubbly for the bridal party
  • An outdoor gathering area is designated for wedding ceremonies. We have ample outdoor gathering spaces to congregate with friends and family after the ceremony.
  • We have white round tables that seat 8 and white folding chairs that we provide for a reasonable rental charge. 
  • Note: Decorating is the responsibility of the wedding party.

A romantic ceremony for husband and wife in our decorated gazebo. Includes all items in the list above.

Bride & groom only. Includes minister, champagne & photos.

Vow Renewal - Basic

Small intimate indoor or outdoor ceremony for husband and wife only. Includes a bottle of Champagne and 20 to 25 photos provided on a flash drive.

Wedding Gallery

Hours and Responsibilities:

  • You must be a guest at Tall Pines Inn to utilize our wedding services.
  • PLEASE NOTE: All celebrations in common gathering areas must be cleared out by 10:00PM and music turned OFF out of respect for our other guests.
  • The wedding can be held on the grounds or in a cabin. For inclement weather, the location may be moved to your cabin or canvas cabanas can be provided.
  • Room stay is NOT included in any of our wedding package pricing.
  • There is no charge for additional guests if they are guests of Tall Pines Inn; however, guests who are added above the price of the package are $20.00/guest.
  • Price is based on the package you choose. You may opt to delete one or all of the above included items with the wedding packages, but the standard charge for the package still applies.
  • Please call ahead for all wedding arrangements. Depending on the size of the wedding, we may require 1-3 months’ advance notice.

State Marriage License Requirements:

  • You are required to have an Arkansas State Marriage License.
  • Consider obtaining a marriage license right here in Eureka Springs at the Carroll County Courthouse.
  • Both the Bride and Groom MUST be present in order to receive one.
  • You will be required to have a Social Security number and a Photo ID.
  • The license must be used within 60 days of being purchased and must be returned for filing as soon as possible.
